Stella
Senior Physiotherapist
Stella is an experienced and compassionate Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Queensland. Stella has extensive private practice experience in Australia, the U.S.A., and the U.K.

Niya
Senior Physiotherapist
Niya brings 15 years of private practice experience since graduating from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand.
She has worked with patients across all stages of recovery, including rehabilitation following sports injuries, post-surgical care, and chronic pain management. Niya also holds certifications in Dry Needling (GEMt), the Mulligan Concept, and the McKenzie Method, which she skillfully integrates into her treatments to optimise recovery and outcomes.
Outside of work, Niya enjoys spending time with her two children and practicing yoga and Pilates to maintain her own health and well-being.
Ruchika
Senior Physiotherapist
With over 20 years of experience, Ruchika is a skilled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist known for her individualized care. She has expertise in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, women’s health, post-operative rehabilitation, and persistent pain, gained from working in top practices across Queensland and New South Wales. Her advanced training in Clinical Pilates and Strength and Conditioning enables her to blend hands-on treatment with targeted exercise rehabilitation. Ruchika focuses on the root causes of pain and tailors treatment plans to each patient's lifestyle and goals, aiming to restore movement, strength, and support a confident return to their active life.

Charlene
Senior Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor
Charlene is a highly experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with more than 25 years of clinical experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. She has a particular interest in assessing and treating complex musculoskeletal conditions, combining evidence-based physiotherapy with Western acupuncture, dry needling and individually tailored exercise rehabilitation.
As a certified Pilates instructor, Charlene also has expertise in women’s health, including pelvic floor assessment and real-time ultrasound. Her warm, patient-centred approach focuses on achieving lasting recovery and helping patients move with strength and confidence.
Duncan
Senior Physiotherapist
Duncan, a Musculoskeletal
physiotherapist, also has extensive experience in the occupational health sector, and if you're off work with an injury, or have pain at work, he'll help you get pain free again. Duncan applies a hands on approach to Physio, and has excellent diagnostic abilities.
